1. Introduction

At NoteLink, we take your privacy seriously. This policy explains how we handle your data when you use the NoteLink ChatGPT plugin to connect your Google Gemini Notebook Enterprise data.

2. Data Collection & Usage

NoteLink acts as a secure bridge. We process the following information:

• OAuth Data: We securely store your Google OAuth refresh tokens in an encrypted database (Supabase) to maintain your connection. Access tokens are never logged.
• Notebook Data: NoteLink retrieves notebook and source data from Google's APIs strictly upon your request in ChatGPT. We do not store, log, or cache your raw notebook content or sources.
• Analytics: We collect anonymized usage metrics (e.g., number of tool invocations) to monitor service health. We do not track your conversation content.

3. Third-Party Services

To provide our service, we interact with:

• Google Cloud: We use official Google APIs to authenticate you and retrieve your notebooks.
• Supabase: We use Supabase as our secure database for storing encrypted OAuth credentials.
• OpenAI: Information retrieved by NoteLink is sent to ChatGPT to answer your queries. Please refer to OpenAI's privacy policy for how they handle data within conversations.

4. Data Deletion

You can revoke NoteLink's access to your Google account at any time via your Google Account settings. If you wish to delete your account and all associated encrypted tokens from our database, please contact support.
